  Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a tradesman and then it was easy going. It was great being right on the tram line and able to get anywhere in the city so quickly. Very quiet and peaceful, especially considering being right in the city.

We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. Free wifi a definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett. Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

  The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. We arrived at Tullamarine from an overseas trip at 2.00 in the morning, but a short phone call was all we needed to organise a free shuttle bus ride to the hotel. - The staff is really nice.
