Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very
modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as
well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the
apartment you can't hear anything. Loved the foxtel in the lounge

Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

Quay West Suites provided all that we needed for a weekend trip to Melbourne. The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

Very friendly,informative staff. We were served by Lisa on arrival & departure,Great!!! Our room was clean and very comfortable. Great central location with great access to trams and short walk to the central City. Pool and gym area are a hidden treasure!! Breakfast was basic but enjoyable. My girls loved the pancake machine!! Thanks Oaks on Market for making our stay memorable!

The Executive one bedroom apartment was great - 709. Spacious with a decent kitchen. The bathroom was very large - very suitable for someone with a disability. There bed was comfortable. the apartment was clean and tidy. The room looked at the Art Centre spire which looked great lit up at night. -

This was our second stay at the Grand Hotel Melbourne and we were warmly greeted upon arrival. The staff are always very friendly and eager to help were possible. All the rooms are very spacious and clean with the most amazingly comfortable beds. We were also touched that the staff had given us a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival! -

The apartment is family-friendly. It provides everything that a family needs eg. kitchenette, washer, space etc.
Shopping, city sight-seeing and dining are just walking distance. Dining convenience is especially critical for Muslim.

the friendly greeting and help from the staff upon arrival. the rooms were big spacious and clean. there was no city noise and it was central to many of the cities attractions. a safe area for walking about into the evening. would stay again

Easy walking distance to the city and short taxi ride to our conference.
Pleasant, clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. The receptionist was
reassuring and helpful when it appeared there was no record of our
booking. Very good price. -
Stayed there twice and Douglas on reception was extremely helpful and the best receptionist I have had anywhere.

Very nice hotel, well sized apartment, great location that is near transport and just a short walt to city center.
When we came, we knew we'll need to leave day earlier. I did not expect any refunds, I just notified reception so that they know we'll be leaving day sooner. They consulted with a higher ranking employee and found a way not to charge us for that last day, although it was already too late for us to modify booking. We were pleasantly surprised.
