I found the location very good, its away from the night life on James street, so the noise is less noisy on the weekends!, i actually extended my stay until the 2nd July.
The staff were very nice everyone and very helpful :)
I would say this is probably the most cleanest and safest backpacking hostel in Perth! I would stay here again for sure! -

I loved our room ,my girlfriend and I stayed in the sweetest little room.The two single beds were so comfy.the room was very clean and had everything we needed.it was like staying at grand ma,s house.And the breakfast wow! the best pancakes i have ever tasted ,truly.The man is a marvel.The location was great because we could walk to the arena to a concert.It wasnt far and we felt quiet safe in this area.We got home quite late and the lovely girl working the night shift let us in and enquired ab

Beautiful location overlooking Swan River. Easy walk along well maintained gardens to Perth Central . All staff were more than helpful and always smiled when I came back from the pub slightly worse fo wear! The guest laundry faciity was a blessing as I was running out of clean clothes quicker than expected. The business centre was useful to me too. Breakfast was plentiful with a varied choice (far too much for me!). The eggs benedict were a treat, I will be adding them to my hotel requirements

The two-room apartment for 4 persons was cozy and homily for a family trip. Complete with a sitting room, dining area, small kitchenette, laundry and drying facilities in the apartment. I have got a family room, which is spacious with a big bathroom. It is clean. The location is at china town, with lots of Asian restaurants and grocery shops. It is walking distance to perth train station and bus stop of free blue cat bus.

The short answer is ... everything.
The staff were delightful, right from check-in to final check-out.
The room was superb, well appointed and exceptionally comfortable and clean.
The restaurant would be among the best at which we have ever eaten, with the sensibly brief menu and wine list superbly backed-up by very polite and attentive staff.
Overall, our eight day stay would have to be one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced and enjoyed.

We requested for a 2 bedroom appartment but since it wasn't available they booked us in a 3 bedroom appartment for the same price.

it is spacious, comfort bed and location is strategic near the city. we stayed at the Harwood Place one of Verandah apartment block. it is very quite place in the city . easy parking as they gave us one remote key for the garage no parking ticket in and out.. staff are very friendly and helpfull. i will be back again to this place on my next trip to Perth . :)
