Staff very friendly and helpful. We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north. Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

Absolutely fabulous apartment on the 15th floor with views to die for. For all those who complain about having to buy a toilet roll, for goodness sake go get one or bring one. I would have preferred having a small breakfast pack which I would have been prepared to pay for to the free tea & coffee etc., because the shops were a bit of a walk

So clean, spacious & open layout. Friendly staff that were so informative & the full kitchen was such a wonderful asset. Comfortable bed & wonderful furniture. Excellent pool, spa, suna & BBQ area. I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Q1 is amazing! I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back! Not mention our view from level 53 was SUPERB! Words cannot even describe! Thank you, to all the staff for making us feel at home:)

The apartment and position, as in proximity to Surfer's Paradise was perfect, close enough to walk to, far enough away not to be bothered by traffic etc. The beach being right through a gate was ideal. The view was something to behold! -

This is one of my favourite hotels in the Gold Coast. Brilliant location, close to central Surfers and the beach.
The rooms are clean with modern facilities offering great value for money. My one piece of advice would be to pay extra for a high floor overlooking the Nerang river, they tend to be quieter and offer great views.

We were on the 14th floor as I had requested a great view and was stunned by how good it was. We could see right out over the ocean and to the left a view of the boating channel. The apartment was lovely and we felt like millionaires. It was so nice it was hard to go out! Ben was great to us and showed us where to get a nice meal when we had arrived tired. Loved 3 things about Hilton - location, location & location - perfect, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything one needs. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

I am very impressed with the staff. All were extremely professional and friendly. To give credit, the reception staff Tamara, she was very helpful and proffesional. The concierge, Luke very interesting person and now the area very well. He was extremely helpful in making our 4 days program, that we enjoyed to the max.
The rooms were very design full and everything in order. The executive room view was direct to the beach side.

All of it, the views, the rooms were spacious and inviting. The area it is in is fabulously close to everything, We literally parked for the whole week. I feel mean only marking the staff GOOD but I literally did not need them or see them other than entering and leaving the resort. They were friendly without being intrusive. Just lovely.

The staff were so very helpful, I called the day before to see if I could check in early as we had a wedding to attend and didn't want to be rushed to get ready, they said it shouldn't be a problem and sure enough when wee arrived there was a room ready for us a few hours earlier then the checkin time. We also able to extend the checkout time to 11 am which made getting out after a party night that much less stressful.
