  The apartment we were upgraded to was superb with fantastic views from both all rooms. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They couldn't do enough to make our stay pleasant. - Large balcony with beautiful views. Close to beach and cafes. Access to tennis court and pools. Fully equip kitchen.   We stayed on 21st floor of north tower in a north facing room and loved it. Amazing view, so much room and while we only got to stay 1 night, after a 4 week trip to Japan for winter, we both felt really comfortable immediately. Apartment was excellent. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive and sorted any minor problems we had.
