Paradise. The rooms were spacious and well appointed with gorgeous views
over the Nerang River or Surfers skyline.
The staff were exceptional helpful and friendly on check in and the room service offered great value for money and delicious meals.

This is one of my favourite hotels in the Gold Coast. Brilliant location, close to central Surfers and the beach.
The rooms are clean with modern facilities offering great value for money. My one piece of advice would be to pay extra for a high floor overlooking the Nerang river, they tend to be quieter and offer great views.

The friendly family atmosphere which you notice as soon as you walk through the door, the cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the bedrooms. The staff were so friendly, approachable and helpful which made my stay very pleasant. -

This hostel was fantastic, couldn't fault the place or the staff! Gutted I had to lead but be back very soon!! Very friendly staff and management, travelling on my own and made to feel very welcome and included! Facilities excellent, loved the make shift kitchen while it was being renovated!! No expenses spared at this place, all sheets etc were

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms are in the process of being upgraded. The one we were in had a new bathroom and the manager informed us that the bedrooms are being refurnished and updated as an ongoing project. Only stayed one night as we were just passing through. Basic, comfortable, budget friendly, excellent staff, friendly and only too happy to provide you with your needs.
Close to airport, store, cafe, etc

Wow! Liked everything - we were very impressed. The room was beautifully furnished with modern appliances,cutlery and cookware and plenty of storage space - and I loved that it contained a coffee plunger!! The beds were super comphy ... nice heavy curtains to block out morning light ... and it was in a very quiet area. The pool was a fabulous temperature (warm for winter!) and the spa, even warmer. For a short stay thie unit was perfect for us, very impressed with the modern revamp of rooms fresh and clean.
The fresh clean new renovations of the rooms were beautiful and modern.
