the overall feel of port mill. Very quaint. Friendly receptionist who was the only one we saw. Carried up 2 flights of stairs,2 x 22 kgs bags which I thought was fabulous as they are steep stairs. A charming B&B with plenty of character; we loved the view of the courtyard and its fountain from our little balcony. Nice touches such as cake and biscuits in our room (though dangerous for the waistline!). A perfect location in Fremantle, close to cafes, shops and the market. Next time we visit Freo, we'll stay there again.

Though we stayed only one night in the 15 square metres room, I must say that the design was cleverly done with many usable space.special mention must be made of Jessica who helped us tremendously. Good hotel to recommend. -

Generally: lovely and clean. Overall just what you want to walk into. Kids gasped and went 'woooh'! Loved the design of the executive Queen with 2 rooms: gave me a break from the kids and they loved having their own room! Furnishing and fittings were really nice. Very comfortable living, good size and in a great location in the center of Fremantle. Restaraunts, bars, pubs and all of Fremantles attractions within walking distance and Perht is just a 30min train trip.
Was very quiet even on a Friday night, was really suprised considering its location jsut off the main street.

The customer service was superb. The staff member really wanted us to enjoy our stay. Facilities second to none for ll of Perth, in this price range. I often stay in Perth for work and will be back to N=Banister Suites.

I booked to stay at the Esplanade Hotel as a surprise for my partners birthday, we could not have been happier with everything, in particular the staff at the reception desk as well as the concierge were extremely polite and helpful.
