  The staff were very nice. I asked the lady on night staff, if I could have a spare blanket as I found the room cold and she came up the stairs with me telling me she would get me a lovely warm fluffy blanket . Discussed with the Staff around the possibility of us arriving back late(after 9.30pm) and it wasn't an issue with them. Made us feel very welcome. The place had a very relaxed atmosphere about the place. It is a shame that there aren't more places with Staff like them.
