  The staff were fantastic, especially those at breakfast. I didn't catch the girls name who was there both mornings yet she was helpful, polite and accommodating. Not sure of her name unfortunately yet I intend ringing them and passing on the feedback once I am back home and passing it on. Clean, tidy, lovely pool and very relaxing place to stay. Make sure you request beachfront as this was best in our view but equally you could overlook the pool and gardens

  The location is perfect, across the road is the beach. We stayed here only one night on our way to Brisbane, but Coffs Harbour, the beach and this hotel seemed very nice too us. No complaints about the room, clean, big. We'd stay here for a longer holiday as well. - Perfect for a one night stay whilst traveling.   The staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The on site restaurant has a good menu, food is delicious & again the staff there were great. We were there after some pretty awful weather, yet the grounds were still very pretty.
