On arrival the staff were very friendly, great to see a smiling face after a long journey. The rooms were also very bright and airy, and the balcony on the third floor is a great idea, perfect place to socialize and meet other travelers!! It's a wonderful location and super easy to find. -

The staff were very friendly and were more than happy to hold our bags
until we flew out later that day. They also provided us with a map with
things to do while staying in Canberra. The room had everything we
needed on our budget and was close to the event which we travelled to be
a part of. Being allowed to return to the hotel for a shower post-

Compact, clean, one-bedroom apartment with all the amenities - dishwasher, washing-machine, coffee maker (pods provided). Excellent location so close to Manuka. Despite the fact that our apartment was around the corner from the main building, room service was available (although we didn't try it). Extras included abundant parking, and a lovely outside grassed area. The hotel also offers gym usage for a fee at Rydges just down the road.

We came back v late on the second day, informed the reception and we had a late check-out. They didn't INTERROGATE us on the reasons nor did we have to beg for it. No multiple reminder calls or threats

The hardware in this hotel maybe a lil dated, but it is the software(service+attitude) that will keep -
We were very happy with our stay, the staff on the front desk were just lovely as were all staff we had contact with. We ate in the restaurant both nights and were very happy with service food and price! Our complimentary breakfasts were just the icing on a lovely stay, thank you very much, we will be back and will recommend your hotel to others.
