  The location was quiet and the views over the golf course and canal were lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was lovely and clean. The bar area, terrace and the restaurant were really good. Our meals, dinner and breakfast, were terrific with the staff interacting in a very friendly manner.   Absolutely fantastic hotel, with fantastic staff who went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. So close to the beach and easy access to great restaurants and to the Caloundra shopping area.   The apartment had poolside access, which at first I thought would be really noisy however once the doors were shut all the noise from the pool was blocked out.   I loved the situation of the resort, beside a reserve, close to beach and passage, short walk to restaurants, shops, beach. The resort itself was luxury, comfortable and staff so helpful. - Manager was very accommodating to our family needs. The room set ups suited us very well. Very convenient to shopping amenities and the beach.
