  Very good location, beautiful view facing the inlet wharf. Quiet but very close to woolworth, restaurants and gift shops. The room was thougtfully set up with full kitchen equipments as well as basic condiments and utensiles. Free wifi. The room and towels were very clean. They are always helpful and responsive to any que - We stayed at the Jack & Newell for three nights in a 3 bed apartment in Nov 2013. The apartment was huge, modern décor, well cleaned and maintained. As well as the pool facilities. The property is located just a few streets over from the CBD, the pier, the marina and the casino! David the manager was a great guy and went out of his way to provide advise on tours etc to make our trip successful. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in Cairns.

  I was surprised at how modern the inside decor and furniture was. Very clean with everything a person would want for a long family stay. We unfortunately only stayed one night but we were very happy to have the convenience of been able to wash our clothes overnight! - central, spacious, value for money, accessible.   Was not expecting too much when I booked here. However, I was extremely surprised and impressed with the 2 bedroom apartment right outside the swimming pool. The unit didn't have a water view. Right outside Wh - Beautiful apartment, could live here. Very large and spacious, lap pool, very cold, good for Cairns weather. Great views over the boat terminal, close to kids playground and 5 mins walk to the Esplanade and centre of town.
