Everything, walking distance to Suncorp Stadium and from public transport.
The staff was great, had an early check-in. The room was amazing, it had everything you could ever need, very spacious.. Very clean and tidy. Loved, loved our stay. Pity it wasn't longer.

Old Scrooge McDuff at the reception counter is not a very nice man.
I asked for a quiet room and was given one. This is unusual. The room was very good in every respect.
The complicated after-hours arrival arrangements were not advised with my booking and the hotel did not enquire about the time of my arrival. And then the SMS message with details was not received. So I spent a frantic time chasing down the staff member who was to have sent the message. Why didn't he just tell me how to do it when we spoke earlier in the? The arrangement seems needlessly perplexing.
The apartment was well equipped, clean and modern and close to Southbank.

The room was beautiful and clean, with everything you could need for a stay. We stayed in room 308 and there was no train noise. The blockout blinds were great - both our children slept in. Ww would stay here again for concerts at Suncorp or functions at BCEC/Southbank.
Our babysitter said there was a bit of noise from a nearby party (I don't think from within the complex itself), but by the time we got home at midnight, everything was quiet.

The space and the closeness to all the sights in Brisbane. We were going to QPAC for a show and it was very close, all within walking distance.
Location to Suncorp stadium, and Southbank
The extremely noisy party that went for approximately 12hours 2 floors below. No sleep the night we were there. Very disappointing considering they have a 'no party' policy. I believe we should be compensated, this was not a 'cheap' motel, I would have expected better.

Lovely new modern apartment. Immaculately clean. Great well equipped kitchen and own laundry with all cleaning products. Nice balcony, very quiet despite train line across road. Good transport links. Close to southbank. 10 min walk to west end restaurants.
Not much, car park a little difficult to access from one way street. Pool quite dark and not overly private feeling
For the first time in years we walked into our accomadation and it was spotless, it was very refreshing. The unit had everything we required for our seven day stay it was perfect.
We arrived late and the key pick up instructions were easy to follow. The staff were friendly and obliging, organising a late checkout for us, even though there was an arrival the same day. The room was spacious, modern and very well appointed.
Nothing really. I did have some trouble initially contacting them to organise the late arrival but it all worked out in the end and we were very happy with our accommodation and will stay again.

There was an unpleasant sewerage smell in the bathroom, unit 208. The separate toilet was no problem.

Very clean and spacious apartments. Convenience to QPAC and South Bank. Easy walk across the bridge to the City. Secure undercover parking provided. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Free parking is wonderful! Comfortable Bed. I particularly enjoyed having a kitchenette & a laundry to enable me to take care of myself all in-house, without needing to go anywhere! I look forward to returning when I next need to visit Brisbane.
No where to park upon arrival, as One-way street and busy at that. I think you need a "Loading Bay" out the front for Limit of 5 min check in & check out facilities. Better signage of the entrance too could be considered. However in saying that, I will return for the good staff & location.

The staff were fantastic and stored our baggage when we arrived to check-in early. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a superb location. The coffee shop downstairs was a great bonus!
Unit was very comfortable and contained everything we needed for two mature couples. Close and handy to QPAC, Sth Bank area and to Brisbane CBD. Will stay again.

Street was a bit noisewith trucks going over bumps caused by road repairs. You could provide so e information saying toothbrushes and shower caps on request
Staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel is located very close to the CBD and restaurants which is very convenient for someone new to Brisbane. Wifi access was free and fast.
It can be difficult to locate a parking space when arriving at the hotel for the first time. However, this is only one off issue and only happens to those who are not familiar with the area.
The location, very clean spacious apartment, even next to the railway it was quiet. Great balcony to sit and watch the world go by We were able to relax and walk to all the local cafes and resturants, the staff were very friendly. would book again when we go to Brisbane, would recommend this complex to anybody.

Not sure where to park on arrival as the apartment block is on a main street. Parking the car after check-in was not well explained to us. Carpark itself was very tight. Being on a busy street, at times, it was noisy.
The location close to Southbank,also the newness of the apartments. West end restaurants are a walk away with great food.
there were no extra pillows or towels. the suites were very hard to find on a one way street with no visible signs out front. the gym and the pool are very small.

Helpful staff.. I needed to know a DVD player avail to play 21st story of my son.. Free parking and close to eateries in Melbourne st.. Late check out was great.
Noted that coffee mugs had not been stain free. Otherwise everything else was great.
