Loved the secure parking Loved the outlook (Views) Loved the proximity to city Great set out appartment Very clean and tidy Well furnished. The two bed room apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable and close to a ferry terminal for access to the city. Staff was very helpful, they printed off all our travel plans, and advised us on trips etc Apartment was clean and spacious.

All within walking distance. location, staff where extremely friendly, informative and very personable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was large, well-equipped and clean. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Room are spaciuos & clean. Furnishing modern and comfortable. Proximity to city and transport, comfy bed, great outlook. Plenty of room, staff very approachable, close to river. Great service and great that we could check I'm early. Great place and excellent location for a short visit. Having to go home. nothing i didn`t like about this hotel. We asked for a queen and 2 singles on my on-line booking but didnt get it. We made do with one person sleeping on the couch. Tv in bedroom didnt work, if new to town, access by vehicle not easy, signage could be more prominent. Loved everything. We asked for an extra blanket and we never got that. Luckily it was warm and we did not need one. Reception id not open during weekends and at night. No communal bins. Bed was very uncomfortable. Unit requires some maintenance. (ie) Sliding door to balcony would not lock TV in bedroom not working etc. Not luxury but very comfortable. Maybe a little bit tired as a building but otherwise I would stay there again. Ensuite bathroom shower not clean - soap scum in soap dish and hair in drain - YUCK. Elevator on level 6 didn't work in the evening and we had to walk through to the other lift. The bathroom had a funny smell to it, and we saw some cockroaches. The room smelled VERY strongly of garlic bread - it was overpowering and quite sickening. The beds were dressed with sheets only and when we asked for blankets the staff were rude, only left one doona even though there were four people staying. internet access not configured for Mac/Apple. rooms need to cleaned better. They lie on Internet being free yet it is super expensive and rarely can upload any attachment, can not skype as breaks every minutes plus the plans do not really represent value for money. 200Meg for 10mins per day is not same as free Internet. Tacky decor dirty shower no clean towels couch had worn and peeling cushions! I felt ashamed to show my visitors!.
