  First and foremost the wonderful friendly staff. The standard of breakfast was exceptional with so many delicious options to choose from. The bedrooms are quite small but have a really luxurious feel to them. The bed with it's fine linens and big plump pillows made for a very comfortable nights sleep.   Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... co mówią ludzie » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  Our stay was enjoyable. The staff in all areas of the Hotel were very obliging and helpful. We were both impressed with the level of service we received, this made us feel welcome.
