The standard of the accommodation was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Our deluxe room was perfect complete with private computer. We recently stayed at the Hanoi Blue Sky Hotel and it was awesome! This was our first stop in Vietnam and it was definitely the best service we have encountered in SE Asia (have already been to Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia). I cannot say enough good things about this Titanic hostel! This is without a doubt one of the best hostel I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world, and the staff is absolutely exceptional in every way. If you need any advice, need a new friend, or need to find a bar that's open after hours, they can help you out with whatever you need! I was welcomed with my own personal sign which was a nice touch. The manager Tony was extremely helpful and would do anything to make my stay better. There wasn't a single room available when I arrived so he gave me a double at no extra charge. I have stayed in many hotels and Tony is defininately the best host I have met. -
