I liked the hotel facilities and its location. The rooms were spacious and well tended during our stay.
We did have a problem with the hotel booking but whilst we were still there and after checking out the manager, Todd Kinney, went out if his way to ensure there was a satisfactory resolution to the issues. He has my gratitude. -

... hva folk sier » ere made sure that I was given the best room for me and my children with best access to the pool, gym and laundry (family stuff) the cleaning staff were very helpful, accomadating our family needs, in general it was a perfect place for us to stay for a week after 4 previous weeks of travelling in florida

We loved our stay at Town Place Suite. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms were awesome and very clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. -
Staff was amazing. Went out of there way to accommodate my request for chocolates on the pillow for my girlfriends birthday. Couldn't believe it. Awesome!!!

The staff at this hotel was excelllent. The accommodations couldn't have been better. We fly into Tampa several times a year and stay in St. Pete Beach. However, there are times when our room isn't ready and we need a place for a night or two.
We wil definitely retuurn to this place.

Although there needs to be some aesthetic improvements, I loved the hotel. The staff, (especially Desiree) was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast options were great. The cookies in the foyer were an added touch. -
So convenient for Tampa Airport and has a fabulous restaurant just beside it ( Bahama Breeze). The breakfast at the holiday

Quiet and clean. Hot breakfast served daily and different from day to day. Staff was nice and helpful. Pool was always warm and pool area was clean. -

The receptionist was very kind and helpful who also provided us with
useful information about the city. They have computers with internet in
the lobby and printer for hotel guests. Room was very clean, comfortable
with pleasant furnishing. It is located quite close to Busch Gardens
(although not really a walking distance). -
