Check-in was a breeze. Service was the best experience on this visit to Florida, probably our best ever. The welcome was very pleasant, helpful and genuine. The hotel was quiet and very comfortable. Location felt very safe yet close enough for easy directions/route to Busch Gardens. We will book this hotel again. We have no hesitation in recommen

The decor of the hotel was astonishing! The pool and gym were large in
size. The food in the main restaurant was delicious. The staff was very
curious and helpful. -
The staff was very helpful. Had feather down pillows the first night and requested firmer pillows the next morning. They were immediately brought to the room.

The staff was outstanding especially the Front Office Manager Anja. The
corner room 949 had an outstanding view. The pool was offically closed
at 10 pm but you could stay later as long as you did so quietly. The
overall facility was beautiful and easy to get to or from. Would
definetly stay again!

I liked the hotel facilities and its location. The rooms were spacious and well tended during our stay.
We did have a problem with the hotel booking but whilst we were still there and after checking out the manager, Todd Kinney, went out if his way to ensure there was a satisfactory resolution to the issues. He has my gratitude. -
