The accommodations were family friendly and very close to San Francisco museums and sites. The staff were amazing. For example, I offered the housekeeper a tip to care for our room the next day, and she told me she wouldn't be on staff the next day and returned the tip! That kind of honesty is remarkable. They even fed-exed some items I left behind. We had a suite with small children. It was perfect. The staff were all child-friendly.
alle vurderinger » Suite layout with kitchenette good size for family of four. Relative price was reasonable. Complimentary laundry was nice surprise and Very much appreciated. Staff friendly, all greeted us and made feel welcome. No hot breakfast, but what was there was adequate with some nice touches - Greek yogurt, soy milk, good coffee, fruit. Happy to have gym, used everyday. Very clean hotel. Big rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Wi-fi availbale. Fresh baked cookies on reception in the evening. Free shuttle to/from the airport and they can also take you within 3 miles from the hotel too. But it's not the center of SF, so if you're planning to see the city, book a hotel in the center. This one is next to the airport. The free breakfast had a great selection, the kitchen inside the rooms made eating meals enjoyable, the beds were comfortable, it had a gym and spa that we used, there were two tvs, roomy enough for my family of four, and it was in a quiet location. Great location for sight-seeing in San Fran. They had a complimentary shuttle on Friday and Saturday that dropped you off at Union Square. Close to the Hwy. Felt safe. Good restaurant- DiNapoli in South San Fran, try it!. The breakfast is good with some vatiety of provision like fruit, cereals, tea ,milk , coffee ,etc. the hotel is great/ the rooms are really big, there is a perfect kitchen, and everything is really clean and looking amazing. only 15 minutes from the bay area, perfect price!. Large room Close to the airport. Checking out...the desk manager tried to make it right by offering two room voucher for use in the future....still waiting on them. Not lot of room for breakfast but since have suite convenient to bring back to room. The only negative would be that it is in an industrial area so there is nothing close, as in walking distance. the breakfast is served in a room with no tables, so you need to take the food to your room. Noisy upstairs Neighbors, spicy smell in room, had fabreeze and worked fine. Not to change the sheets for 4 nights was real disappointing, even though we didn't particularly request to. It's not justifiable with the environmental consideration!. not enough table for breakfast. Breakfast ending at 9AM - would have preferred 9:30AM. Wished there was a pool. Convenient if you're flying out of SFO, to far from town if you want to enjoy San Francisco. breakfast room small. there is strange smell in the hall way. maybe come from some people cooking. however the room itself is fine. Late check in I requested an early check in and arrived at 4:00 pm which its late considering check in time was 3:00 pm I received a $25.00 discount I was expecting a little better discount but overall great stay ..Also they need better shuttle service to pier 39 both days it was over 30min late which made us behind elsewhere.. poor light in the room plastic dish at breakfast poor table to take breakfast. Expensive, the suite designation apparently refers to kitchen facilities, otherwise it was a typical motel room, refrigerator was noisy, air conditioner system malfunctioned, very poor continental breakfast. We need to make our second bed by owr own. Lack of communication among employees and maintenances. We has problems with the pluming and was moved to another room and the room's phone did not work. Breakfast is ok but, there is no enough space to sit. The breakfast is nice but cold. We went out to get omelettes and got back at 9:45 AM. A maid had come in and taken all our belongings from our room - didn't clean, just took jeans, shoes, a bag of clothes, books, alcohol, etc. that we had left in the room. Thank goodness they left our ($1000 worth of) Niners tickets. Did the manager call and apologize? Don't hold your breath. It was done 1.5 hours before check out and done methodically - it felt like a professional theft ring. No proper tea making facilities, poorly stocked tea/coffee selection in room, insufficient towels (3 for 4 guests), minimal toiletries in the bathroom, sofa bed was only made up when requested at 11 pm at night, very average breakfast, heavily delayed shuttle service from airport to hotel resulting in a wait of over 30 minutes at night. No cups in room Complimentary coffee but no milk No sheets for pull out bed Toilet blocked Fridge very noisy and kept waking us up No instructions how to turn off air con. Found switch in a separate room!! Shuttle bus from airport 35 minutes late No extra pilllows. Very poor breakfast (no space to sit down) Very noise air conditioning We forgot a small bag at the checkout. No way to find it after a few hours. The staff didn't care at all. First they lost my reservation....demanded full payment. Then would not accept cash, yet would not let me cancel without a full room charge. Rooms were on separate floors....no mini bar but wanted $45.00 incidental security charge. Rooms looked into a dirty alleyway...bad value for a two $250.00 @nite rooms!.
