Value for money and the staff was nice to me. -
Bedroom was large, bed was comfortable. Having a refrigerator was a plus. Would have been easy enough to supply a plug-in coffee pot to heat water for tea at least.

At first this hotel can be rather daunting, not the most glamorous site from the outside... But as soon as you enter your room you realize how nice it really is, huge king bed, great bathroom, and a nice living room!!! I would stay here again anyday!!!! - It was much nicer than I expected. The concierge was very helpful

Amanda, the front desk gal, was great. She spent about 10 minutes planning our itenary for the BART transit system and the different bus lines we would ride in SF. She also helped me find my lost phone (lol). She was very down to Earth, friendly, and professional.
We liked the closeness to the airport, literally across the freeway.

Close to airport. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was convenient, nothing special, .normal bucket eggs and waffles with yogurt, cereal etc. Parking was convenient.

The staff at front desk were great! Friendly and helpful.
My room- a suite - was lovely. Comfortable, practical, in good decorative order.
It was great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Room facilities were very good. Shower was powerful.
Breakfast (included in price) was good.

I had a pleasant and restful stay -
The staff was very helpful. We were able to leave our car at the hotel for a very reasonable price, and were shuttled to the airport directly to our airline, with plenty of time to check in for our flight. The person at the front desk recommend a great Thai restaurant for dinner.

after a long drive we walked to the mall 1/2 mile away. Staff very
helpful and allowed us to change rooms for one with different facilities
for the same price. Rooms are large and clean, and breakfast is
sufficient for either flying out or moving on.

Rooms were very nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely continue to stay there when we go to San Francisco. This hotel has been the place we stay at for the past 3 years and only continues to get better.
