The staff was friendly, courteous, professional and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The roof top swimming pool and hot tub were outstanding. There is also a very nice fitness center. The resort is very conveniently located next to the Riverwalk and within a short walk of all the downtown

I was traveling with my aged parents and the staff was very
accommodating. Location, breakfast and afternoon kickback very well done
and so nice to have right in the hotel. I must add, Naomi at the front
desk = superstar, so helpful with very calming, non-assuming demeanor;

great location. Good breakfast buffet, although if you have a long stay, it would get repetetive. large spacious rooms, higher floors have terrific views. Staff very helpful - we were given a free upgrade to a suite with whirlpool bath and double aspect - lovely. Would definitely look out for Drury hotel chain again.

I met a friend for a week away and we both loved the hotel and its staff. We especially liked the shuttle service for airport and local transport to dining spots and the access to down town and the area via the highways that were very close. Everything. I needed a place to stay near the airport, where as a solo
woman traveling I felt safe and comfortable. This hotel was perfect.
I accidentally left my cell phone in the lobby of the hotel when I left. I called the hotel from the airport and the front desk supervisor drove my phone and charger to me!! Such service and friendliness!!

Most comfortable beds around. I love the location close to everything, the Riverwalk, the Mercado, and the Alamo within a short 10 minute walk, but outside and away from all the noise. Beautiful hotel with fantastic made to order breakfast and evening snacks. Very accomodating staff to help with every need. Thank you for a great weekend trip!!

I've stayed in other Embassy Suites where there wasn't enough room for the evening reception or breakfast. Although the hotel was busy there was room for everyone. Food constantly replenished and attentive staff. Liked the location - an easy walk to the bars and restaurants on the Riverwalk but just far enough away that noise was not a problem.

The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. Definetly a
great thing to have a kitchen space especially when you have little
ones. The hotel is greatly located by the riverwalk right by all the
good restaurants and a childrens museum is across the street. Overall

Upon arrival at the hotel, the valet parking guys were eager to assist, after driving for 7-8 hours, a welcome sight. T -
Staff was excellent. When checking out, I discovered that I had left my
credit card at a eatery on the river the night before. The young lady at
the desk was very helpful in helping me track down the name of the
restaurant and calling them to locate my card. The manager had my card
and she arranged for me to meet him and pick it up. Thank you for your
extra effort in resolving what could have been a very inconvenient
exercise of credit card replacement.

The young man at the front desk was wonderful, I believe his name tag said Eric Rodriguez. We had many questions about San Antonio and wanted to make sure we went to children friendly places. He was a wonderful help, and very, very polite. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having the microwave and refrigerator in the room worked out wonderfully for the little ones. We were there for two days, it was wonderful. I will definitely stay again when I return to San Antonio!

The suite was fantastic! Two flat screen TV's. The pool area was beautiful. Although right on a main street, you were surrounded by palm trees which gave us seclusion and buffeted the outside noise.
