The staff was friendly, courteous, professional and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The roof top swimming pool and hot tub were outstanding. There is also a very nice fitness center. The resort is very conveniently located next to the Riverwalk and within a short walk of all the downtown attractions. Everything was excellent , I love the facility and kitchen equipment.
The staffs are lovely , friendly and very helpful. I would really
recommend this hospital for my friends and family.
The staff was wonderful, everyone. The meet and greet was good info.
Everyone was cordial and eager to help. The pool table was a good
touch, keep it.
Overall, nice place. Convenient for our purpose of supporting/running Rock N Roll marathon.
Warm pool & hot spa. Comfortable bed. Clean well organized kitchen.

There is nothing we did not like about La Cascada.
Only one thing that I would like to complain was when I asked the front
desk to call a cab for me the next day. The cab came on time, that was
good. When I got to the place, the number on the metre showed 6.6 but
the driver said the hotel said I had to pay 11.50 and wondered why the
hotel didn't tell me. I am not sure that was it true that the hotel
had some contract with the driver or the driver cheated on me. If the
hotel did have to charge me for calling a cab, I should have been told.
I have no complaints.
Pushiness to take sales tour.
No grocery store with a large variety to choose from in walking distance.
The king beds were not very confortable.
It's Nothing Big, Maybe Have Bubble Bath For The Hot tubs.
