Hotel location was excellent. Motel is not modern buy very clean, spacious and bed very comfortable. We were lucky with the wheather in october. 24 C for 2 days. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was well-stocked and functioned well. The free Wi-Fi was great and the motel is very easy walking distance to everything in downtown Bar Harbor.

It was a quiet place to be with a nice view of Boothbay Harbor. The restaurant offer a delicious menu which is not to expensive and the servers were friendly and pleasant. The view (in front) was very nice but expensive (209.00$) for the quality and the comfort of the room. We will recommend this hotel for the restaurant but to really check the prices.

The host was very welcoming and helpful - I arrived late in need of an iron and ironing board. They were delivered to my room within minutes along with an ice cold sparkling water, very appreciated. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable. I loved the shower stall, lined with beach stones.

The Coast Village Inn was a great value for what you got which included a microwave and refrigerator and wireless access to the internet. For our visit, it was centrally located to the restaurants and places we wanted to see during our trip. The owner earned big points for helping us get tickets to see one of my favorite singers at The Saco River Theatre. In addition, he printed a map to the theatre for us. We would definitely stay at the Coast Village Inn again.
