I would suggest having both types of pillows in the room or a note telling visitors down pillows are available upon request. The hair dryer in the room was broken but the concierge desk immediately brught me a replacement. Our room was wonderful, with very, very comfortable beds. The location so close to downtown was a huge plus, with us not needing to take our car out at all.   When I called to let them know I'd arrive late, call was answered promptly, Lisa identified herself by name and I was assured it was no problem (and it wasn't a problem - she left that message at the desk as she said she would.)   I really like how friendly and helpful the staff is. Fast check in, indeed they have my room key ready when I got to the hotel, almost like just waiting for me. Room is big and comfortable. - The proximity to the Portland Airport, which is the reason we chose this location. The room was also very clean.

My fiance tried purchasing movies in rm 105, and for some reason it would not allow us to, so in order to make up for it, they gave us breakfast vouchers.   A completely awesome experience. The room was enormous, with a huge bathroom. There is also a theater room (great for watching football games), multiple lounges, and an incredible reading nook on the third floor. The nightly rate might appear expensive, but this is actually a good value. - Superb accommodations and a lovely edifice!
