  Right from the start upon parking our car in valet was A+ service from that point forward. Every member of the staff no matter at what capacity were helpful, friendly, professional, and made you feel special in every way possible. Great staff. The room were very nicely appointed and my wife loved the bathroom soaps, shampoos & conditioners. If... hva folk sier » you could please let us know where we can purchase a set of every bath product we used that would be wonderful. - The room was very tastefully appointed, with attention to detail. Although the hotel is in the center of the tourist area, our room was quiet. The parking facilities were across a walkway but quite easy to get to and from. There was a good breakfast selection in the restaurant. The staff were very helpful in providing us with directions to get to San Francisco.
