  Right from the start upon parking our car in valet was A+ service from that point forward. Every member of the staff no matter at what capacity were helpful, friendly, professional, and made you feel special in every way possible. Great staff. The room were very nicely appointed and my wife loved the bathroom soaps, shampoos & conditioners. Although the hotel is in the center of the tourist area, our room was quiet. The parking facilities were across a walkway but quite easy to get to and from. There was a good breakfast selection in the restaurant. The staff were very helpful in providing us with directions to get to San Francisco.

  I really enjoyed the staff and their friendly personalities. The Hotel was beautiful and the room was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. We can not wait to return we will being staying here again it is truly a 5 star establishment. It made our 15th wedding anniversary very special. - The Plaza is a beautiful hotel with great rooms.
