We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was clean and the price was
right. There were more young couples then families. So if you were
looking for a more family style hotel this may not be the best. The
location was off the boardwalk but still bean accessible. We could walk
to Seacrets and the places that the young couple like to hit up. :)
It's motel style set up was perfect for those who come in late
night, as we didn't feel like we were disturbing anyone. We read

failed during our stay and upon calling the desk, a maintenance person
came complete with a new unit to replace the broken one. It took only
about 10 minutes total. We will definitely return to the Rodeway next

The King Charles Hotel is close to the beach. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff paid a lot of attention to detail. All of the staff was very friendly. There was coffee available each morning. It is a very homey environment, and I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning. The hotel is nothing fancy, but it is priced accordingly for what it offers. There is also parking available, which is a huge plus for Ocean City. I would definitely recommend The King Charles Hotel.

Hotel wastrels from the beach. We had a side balcony room with a great view of the beach. Hotel was "dated", pool is small & not heated. We read some terrible reviews before arriving, but were relieved to find a clean comfortable room waiting. Hotel staff was very accomodating. If people want "luxury", then pay more $$$!! This place is fine for the price. Get over yourself people!

Hotel was surprising clean. Staffs were. very friendly and helpful. My gf and I stayed in the king suite and it had everything we need including a kitchenette with pots and pan along with the utensils. The beach was a block away and the hotel provided free beach chairs and towels. The pool was a bit small but it was fine. Surrounded by lots of stores and seafood places. Would definitely book here again.

I loved having an outside entrance to our room. It was great not having to walk into and out of a hotel everytime we came and went. The staff was very personable, even the cleaning crew was great! The rooms were updated, even though it was clear to see that this isn't a new hotel, it had the old charm outside but the rooms were updated with flat screen tv's and the furnishings were modern, the bath was modernized, very nice.
I was also happy to see emergency exits were well marked.

The rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The week we stayed was senior week and we were unaware of it the first night which goes to show just how quiet it was there. The groups of friends that were there for senior week were also courteous and no loud partying. There was one fire alarm while there remember it was senior week. We were all you g once at least it was in the afternoon.

I loved the location of Coastal Palms. Although the front of the hotel faced a busy street, the rear (where our room was located) was perfect. We had a balcony, a view of the ocean and the beach was literally a couple of feet away from the hotel. This hotel has an excellent location close to the beach and boardwalk.
It is on the north side of the boardwalk, so it is quiet and away from
the main part of it, which is nice (especially at night). Staff was very
friendly. Hotel has some wear and tear (it is old, like most hotels in
oc) but overall clean. We didn't spend a lot if time in our room
anyway. The size of the room (we had two double beds only) was average.
I got an excellent discounted price, making the hotel an excellent value
wit
