The room fit 3 people and our dog comfortably. It is very close to the beach. The elevators work and they have designated areas for dog(s) to do their duty.

Art the owner was the BEST! My sons had the best senior week ever. Once Art knew I was a stern, watchful but caring mom. He was very nice and helpful to my boys. Too bad the room two door down did not have parents that taught them manners. At the end of the stay he called me and thanked me for having respectful young men I my family. Truly the ONL

the fun-fair on the boardwark, but right on the beach and with a
wonderful view from the large balconies at the end of the house (not

The location was great, I loved the large deck and that every room had access. The pool was in a great location we could see the kids swimming from the balcony. The condo was clean, blankets and curtains looked new and fresh and the tile in bathroom looked new and clean. The balcony even looked new or newer. Kitchen was even supplied to include coffee pot! I loved the fact we didn't have to clean and we only had to load and turn on the dishwasher before we left.

I liled that my accommodations were up graded. All my request were met. I liked the convenience of food, swimming, shopping, beach all in a great location, not to mention free parking. -
I liked that it was clean, friendly and very accessible to everything. The $3 all day bus was the best.

LOCATION.LOCATION.LOCATION. This location was perfect about a two minute walk to the boardwalk. Near the Hooters, a mini mart that has excellent prices might I add, a 7 eleven, etc. Great stay for groups the property manager was very chill never complained about us smoking on the porch, nor blasting music too loud. -
