  The staff was just amazing, it is uncommon nowadays to find such nice people, they truly cared and helped us.. The shuttle to the medical center was life-solving. And for getting back, there was a bus stop just in front of the building. The price was excellent, it was cheap and in a really practical location, with two supermarkets at walking dis... hva folk sier » tance. The weekly and monthly rates are even better. - Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Good public transport. Towels and linens changed and clean. Don't expect luxury, because it is not a luxury hotel. It seems that there is a new management and they are working hard to improve. I'd recommend this hotel.

  The reception staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful; rooms were very clean, well-furnished and very. The breakfast exceeded continental standards by far. The assorted bagels, cereal and yogurts was individually wrapped and the milk in individual containers as well as variety in condiments. Good size room in clean and fresh decorative order. Included a continental breakfast which was well laid out and refreshed as needed. Convenient for a delightful part of Houston - yes, really! - the Rice University area and magnificent Hermann Park.
