The staff at the Terrace Cafe were so nice and friendly. We only ate dessert but it was wonderful! Plus I liked the feel of the hotel and the cafe. The shuttle service to the hotel was so convenient. microwave, fridge and safe. Variety on continental breakfast. Friendly
staff willing to share helpful navigation information. We were favorably
impressed and could come back. -
Decor is very nice- more upscale than pricing indicated. Staff was pleasant, helpful and efficient.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Free usa Today paper. Huge room thay was
crisp and clean. Fridge and microwave in room. Everything was in working
order. Would have used the spa if I'd had more time. Comfy bed.Good
selection of cable channels. Quiet except for psycho guest who pounded
on his door trying to get access to his room...lost card key I gue

The Room was nice. And clean. The Mattress was very comfortable. Didn't have to ask for extra pillows. There was a Fridge and microwave in the room that you could use.

The front desk staff were very freindly and helpful. The free shuttle to
sfo departs every 10 min. From sfo, you can take the bart or a host or
other transportation modes to sf, South of sf and the Bay area.
Anywhere! There is a Samtrans stop for bus 292 right outside Hyatt which
takes you to downtown sf in an hour. -
