The staff was the nicest and friendliest I have had anywhere. Bed was very comfy and it was nice having the fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was good, with lots of variety and hot food. Close to Biltmore Estate. Cleanliness is usually the first thing we look for and we were very impressed with how clean everything was. It was convenient to our travels and very affordable.

Bugs in the Bathroom Carpet Dirty Looking Dated Door Latches Not Fully Secure. Ask to cancel second day at checkin. Was told I could not. Then received email from letsbookhotel.com excepting my canceled reservation for the second night but motel charged anyway. Notice was given 24 hours ahead of time and did check out before noon. Room had odor and appeared to have mold growing in bathroom. Broken toilet. Rooms small especially bathroom. Breakfast area small for size of guests. Parking spaces extremely small for my suv. All if the above put price higher than facilities provide. The breakfast was the worst I ever ate. Got sick from the eggs. The room smelled like mildew.
