  The staff of Coral Al Khoory Apartments are very friendly and helpful. The apartment was luxurious and suited our family perfect, as it had 2 rooms with twin beds and not the usual double beds, as well as, boasting a massive master-bedroom - travelling with 3 teenagers this was important. I was very happy with the pots and pans that were provide... hva folk sier » d, often travelling with a larger group you find that the pots are not big enough to cook things like pasta. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery - The staff were friendly and obliging. We had to call housekeeping for a few items, and they were prompt and helpful. The apartment was spacious (we had an executive suite). The kitchen was stocked, although it would have been nice to have some kitchen towels and dish soap to do the dishes rather than leave them for housekeeping. We used the metro during most of our weekend, but taxis were easy to find. The hotel is within walking distance (3 minutes) to Sharaf Metro Station, and within walkin

  good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends - verey nice hotel .

  very good staff and service. i came in the early morning and i thought i have to wait for long time to get the room. since there were an early check out,without charging me they gave me an early check in.such a lovely staff.always smiling.good rooms and NO NOISE of construction.i had a very nice time from the concierge.they send me the safari and i... hva folk sier » t was wonderful.family really enjoyed.superb hotel - friendly staff and service.even though it was busy they handled me very well. i had express check in. all staff with smile always. big room and everything is there in the kitchen. also all room has balcony. iam very happy and i will go to this hotel back. i like to inform all the guest that please go to this hotel and stay. lovely service.clean room,clean lobby. all perfect.no noise of constructn - proper hotel in best location.mall of emirate and dubai mall is very near. i went to global village. very near.best place for shopping. i will come back on Dubai shopping festival.very nice room and service.keep it up guys. and i will really recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives. even rate was very good. to get like this rate in high season is very difficult. but STAR METRO did it.

  we booke an appartment and because of flights arrived about 4am, your staff were fantastic and because our appartment was not ready as check in was not until 2pm they rang round and found another appartment for us and took us to it. - The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms are better than the photographs suggest
