I have stayed at the Chelsea Plaza Hotel in Dubai numerous times and it is my hotel of choice in Dubai. The value for money is terrific and the staff reflect great credit on the Dubai hotel industry. This was an excellent value for money hotel. Felt maybe a little bit B-class, but had everything you would need. Clean, a lot of staff in reception, bar, restaurants, pool... Overall all good!
If/when we get back to Dubai we could stay at this hotel again.
Good location, 10min walk to nearest metro, 10min walk to Bur Juman shopping centre.
Free shuttle to Dubai mall and beach.

We stayed in this hotel as we had 14 hours to wait in Dubai until our connecting flight and just wanted somewhere cheap to get our heads down.
We got a taxi from the airport which took about 15 minutes. The rooms were clean and we cant really complain.
It wasn't in a great area but the taxi in the morning to Dubai Mall was cheap and only about 1

My stay in this hotel was nice, Staff was cooperative and have good knowledge about the city and they are always ready to help the guest. Receiption was also good. Furniture and cleaning was fine. I would definitly recommend to stay in this hotel.

a regular taxi for 15-35 aed ($5 to $10 usd). For an additional ten
