I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor

The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.

It's right next to the metro station and there are plenty of restaurants in the area as well as cash machines.
There is no gym or swimming pool but for 20 Dirhams you can use the nearby Novotel facilities all day. A great deal.
The rooms were always cleaned and in order when we came back from a day on the town.
No complaints - a great stay.

I chose to stay at this hotel because of its perfect location. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center. I needed to walk for less than 2 minutes to get to the entrance of the World Trade Center. The room was always clean and the staff were very friendly. I was staying on the 7th floor and the Wi-fi signal was excellent. I recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Dubai for business purposes.

Welcoming and helpful staff from the moment you arrive at the Radisson
to the moment you leave. A very nice spacious room even though we booked
the standard double room size. We had a good view of the city. Quiet and
relaxing ambiance to the hotel, nice lobby area to use and the valet
service was a real help so you didn’t have to think about your car. The
staff even knew which hire car was ours when we couldn’t remember! We
did not have breakfast but out of choice. Room service food was

i stayed in London creek last Dec. 02 and i must say, it was really a great experience. The staff is so helpful and friendly especially Ms. Jeanelle. She helped me a lot and made my stay at the hotel as if I'm home She given me a very good room and i love it. I will definitely book again in London Creek.

Fin leilighet, hotellet var ikke så fint som vi trodde ut fra beskrivelse. veldig mye byggevirksomhet trakk ned pga av støy - I felt at home here. The staff (front desk, service, front door, garagedoor, work out room - all) was always very nice and helpful. Hadabsolutely no problems - The staff is very responsive and the rooms are comfortable.

I made use of the gym, it was nice though not fully equipped as things like skipping rope was missing, overall it still served the purpose.

This was an excellent value for money hotel. Felt maybe a little bit B-class, but had everything you would need. Clean, a lot of staff in reception, bar, restaurants, pool... Overall all good!
If/when we get back to Dubai we could stay at this hotel again.
Good location, 10min walk to nearest metro, 10min walk to Bur Juman shopping centre.
Free shuttle to Dubai mall and beach.
