  Desk manager was excellent, as were front desk employees. We had a problem with a trainee front desk staff; 1st) the trainee made my wife pay a deposit before they would give her the key. Ok, understood. But I spoke to the manager and explained that I had booked it on my visa and would pay in full upon my arrival from dubai later in the evening, a... hva folk sier » nd that my wife's money was for her and the kids to go to wadha mall, eat and do some shopping. The manager was very apologetic and refunded the mone - It is a lovely hotel, pure luxury in Emirates style. The room was a good size and beautifully decorated. I had a good view of the city. The rooftop pool was heated and a nice way to get some exercise. Since taxis are relatively cheap in Abu Dhabi, I used them to get around. But the bus station is literally right across the street so you could easily use buses to get around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Millennium and would stay again!

We liked everything about Soffite - Magnificent! Amazing staff, attention to detail, they prepared for us a birthday and anniversary cake to our rooms, such a nice and meaningful touch. Staff extremely helpful, attentive and happy to help. Facilities were excellent, pool great, fitness room excellent modern machines. Good location as easy access to Hamdan Street, Abu Dhabi and Marina Mall. Loved it so much looking to book another weekend stay there in a few weeks! Absolutely Amazing hotel, really recommend it we felt like royalty

  We spent 2 nights at this hotel which offered us real 5 star service. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rojan & leo was extremely nice and helpful. Room was perfect, modern, well designed, comfortable and nice view on the Abu dhabi.
