It's right next to the metro station and there are plenty of restaurants in the area as well as cash machines.
There is no gym or swimming pool but for 20 Dirhams you can use the nearby Novotel facilities all day. A great deal.
The rooms were always cleaned and in order when we came back from a day on the town.
No complaints - a great stay.

Everything really. Rooms were good staff were good. Didn't have any problem with anything. Especially the receptionist he was really nice. The morning to night receptionist was a really good guy. Helped us a lot and when we had problem with taxi service he apologized even though it wasn't his problem. This guy should get a raise. He works really hard :)

For the price I paid(155 Aed), it was really good deal. Huge room and
bathroom. Bed is big and comfortable, carpeted floors. Location is very
near to metro(take al mankhool south exit). They also allowed me to check-
in earlier at 11 am. I was really thankful for that because I was so
tired that day having stayed at Dubai Airport for 8 hours. -
