  The pool area was fab, plus had a separate toddler area and play park. In toddler area they also had toddler toilets which were furnished to a high standard. Cannot fault the staff. I forgot few things at the hotel when i checked out and the staff were amazing in orgaonizing to send them to where i asked them to... the things were well organized and sealed before sending them...   We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Downtown Dubai for 3 nights. Was just down the road from Dubai Mall. Nothing else much around it as still being built. Lovely facilities and room was great after spending a month in Europe in small rooms with small bathrooms.   Exceptional experience! 1- We arrived before the check-in time and our rooms were not ready yet, they didn't let us wait and transformed us to other rooms! 2- They really take care about everything to make you feel comfortable. 3- Upon our arrival, Gina, one of their fabulous assistants went with us to the rooms and explained everything in detail ... hva folk sier » to us. 4- The Premier Suit is pretty big with two bathrooms and a jacuzzi viewing the street! the room has two balconies, two mini-bars, and a Nespres - Location location location!! Staying at the address was the best decision we made. Having direct access to dubai mall we were never bored and so close to everything . We even walked to the cinema at the mall at 1am in our hotel slippers. The service and staff were all very friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in a double room with a view to the road outside which is still great, the bathroom was hugee and beautiful. The entire room was very convenient and spacious. If u want a relaxing hotel
