  Ours was a complex set of bookings with various folk arriving at a peak period from different parts of the world at varying times, plus we extended some stays and shortened others, adding to the confusion, yet Front Office handled it all with aplomb.   This is a very good comfortable hotel in an excellent position it is on a busy main road convenient for taxis and buses but you don't get any noise in the room good sized rooms and fresh and clean most of the staff are warm and welcoming - rooms are spacious, there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
