Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous.
The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.
The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides.

The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

2 Bedroom apartment was spacious, and beds/pillows and were really comfy.
My wife loved the spa.
The location is close to metro, creek, reasonably large/new Al Guhrair mall and Spinneys.
Use of PC in business lounge was free (but not internet).
Gym/Pool (2 number), we nice. quiet and sufficient sun beds.

The cleanliness was commendable. I liked the fact that they cleaned the
rooms whenever prompted, the staff were courteous and always ready to
help. We requested change in the weighing scale in the bathroom and it
came speedily. It is also more than value for money if one can afford

We had a 6 day stay at this wonderful hotel. I really appreciated the fact that we were checked in at 6.00am when we arrived, we didn't have to wait till check-in time. Service at the front desk and guest service was excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly, and always available to help us with informations of interest places and how to get there. everything was great. Had a room on the royal club floor. Got a upgrade to a suite. Very beautiful. This was the fourth hotel during my holiday in the Emerates and the best.Club lounge was perfect,staff extremely friendly to my old mother who does not speak English.
