Ble oppgradert fra Club-rom til suite da vi ankom, bra start på oppholdet! Rask inn og utsjekking. Utrolig god frokost og god og rimelig mat hos The Deck restaurant ved poolen. Litt byggestøy fra utsiden, men utsikten var fantastisk fra balkongen. God service fra personalet! Utmerket opphold. -

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

We had a 6 day stay at this wonderful hotel. I really appreciated the fact that we were checked in at 6.00am when we arrived, we didn't have to wait till check-in time. Service at the front desk and guest service was excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly, and always available to help us with informations of interest places and how to get there. it's a very comfortable 4-stars, big room, quiet, clean, all fine. During the good season you can easily reach the mall on foot, during hot months definitely not.
I never ate inside so i cant rate this aspect, and i was lucky to be on the side opposite to the night club (many guests complain about the noise, i did not hear anything at all). They were very kind to make my room at 8 pm because i had inadvertently left the "do not disturb" hanging outside the door all day. The staff is very frien
