The staff were very helpful in every aspect and were very nice and were very attentive and responsive to all our requests. The hotel was very stylish and very comfortable and breakfast was very nice with a lot of healthy and everyday breakfast selections to suit everyones taste.

(1) The staff are knowledgable and quick to answer any question or request. (2) I love the idea of the little snack shop where you can get salads, sandwiches, and snacks for those times you don't feel like eating at the restaurant or even ordering room service. Or when you don't have time for breakfast, you can grab something from there to eat in the car on the way to your appointments. The staff made our stay at Citymax very enjoyable. The reception staff were very helpful on arrival and friendly. The porter's were vey nice and helpful, nothing was to much bother for the staff in general including the diningroom staff. Excellent location. Right beside the Mall of Emirates and stop for the hop on bus tour. The room was clean and comfortable accomodating our needs. There was construction work being carried out outside the hotel which seems to be happening in most areas around the city, but we were woken quite early. Just something to be aware of. The staff were helpful. We had a an issue on check out regarding our bill but this was quickly resolved by a manager and that was at 6am. Bar and restaurant grand and

Very nice hotel. Absolutely no ladies are allowed in the rooms. Rooms are fully monitored by cameras and if they see a woman come in your room, they will be banging on the door within minutes. beverage emporiums were well run, food available in grocers, restaurants
and via the hotel were a good value. Yes there were working girls but
they were understanding of 'no' thank you. One of the two clubs
required 100 aed in the evening they of course had no profit from me.

I made use of the gym, it was nice though not fully equipped as things like skipping rope was missing, overall it still served the purpose.

This was an excellent value for money hotel. Felt maybe a little bit B-class, but had everything you would need. Clean, a lot of staff in reception, bar, restaurants, pool... Overall all good!
If/when we get back to Dubai we could stay at this hotel again.
Good location, 10min walk to nearest metro, 10min walk to Bur Juman shopping centre.
Free shuttle to Dubai mall and beach.

Landmark Plaza Hotel was a great hotel to stay in. Located in Old Dubaiit is in a great position to shops and the souks. Staff were veryhelpful and hotel was very clean and great value for money - Service was excellent with clean rooms and helpfull staff.The restaurant had excellent meals with very attentive staff.

Good WiFi connection - all in all - great value for money! -
The hotel is about seven miles from the centre of Dubai but do not let this deter you. It is very comfortable, has a good pool and a pleasant bar which serves alcohol. Taxi's are very reasonable and plentiful and there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the main attractions of Dubai. The staff cannot do enough for you. There are tea making facilities in the room and they supply any amount of tea bags,coffee and milk.

We needed a twin room just for one night. The room was really nice, much better than we expected. The staff were extremely helpful. I needed to print my checkin receipt and they were happy to help. - They have a very friendly and accomodating receptionist at the lobby.
