We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. One of the days we stayed was my partners birthday and we came back to our room and staff had left a birthday card, chocolates and a stuffed camel. What a great hotel and we'd definitely stay there for our next t - The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great. The check out was

  The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

  The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. When we arrived we were led to a resting area while the receptionist checked us in. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.
