The location which is very near to Metro station, but a bit far from city center. It costs AED 95 for taxi fare from airport to hotel, and AED 70 to airport.
Close to food outlets such as subway and Burger King on the opposite road and Hot and Spicy and Western food outlet about 100 metres behind the hotel.
Cooking utensils are excellent with electric stove, microwave and big fridge, suits those who wishes to cook, at least for breakfast which not worth to pay at the hotel.

We stayed here for 6 nights at the beginning of February, 3 adults and 2
infants in a superior suite (2 connecting apartments). Cannot fault the
rooms at all, spacious, clean and all appliances working. The staff were
fantastic, making you feel welcome and great with the kids. Shaukat,
Manik and Rafiqul were always helpful, smiling and polite. Only downside
is internet is not complimentary but they do give you 30 mins free per

Breakfast cost 36 Dhm per person and was pretty good. Fresh orange juice and basic range of food were adequate it's price.
Our two and half years old daughter was eating for free.
Small shops are very close and all needed goods can be bought there.
Fridge was noisy ( we stay in one-bedroom suite, so it didn't disturb us during night, because kitchen was separate).
No taxi driver knows the hotel, but all of them know Holiday Inn, which is very close.

We reserved for an appartment 3 rooms but we had reached the hotel we didn't find it so they gave us 2 app. 2 rooms what was better for us and internet was for free as apologize :) -

The hotel was beyond my expectations,in spite of some negative notes by previous guests.The tiny entrance to parking lot was not an issue and did not affect my stay.

Spacious clean rooms, good breakfast, efficient staff, good value for money. Bathroom is oddly small for such a large studio. Very nice pool area, though one pool was not available. The road in front of the hotel is little more than a dirt track running parallel to Sheik Zayed Road. The taxis drop you off at the back of the hotel and you go through a back door to the reception so the first impression is not the best. .
