The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I stayed in a single room. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Check
in and checkout was easy and fast. Reception staffs were professional.
The hotel is within walking distance from a big mall and the area is
full of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with good
varieties.

Our purpose for booking Premier Inn was to overnight after our long trip from Sydney to Dubai and its close proximity to Terminal 3. We certainly were not expecting the warm welcome we received at reception on arrival at the Hotel after our free shuttle pick up from the Airport. I was in Dubai on a 22 hr extended layover before a final 16 hour flight home and it was wonderful to have a place to sleep and leave my carry-on luggage while taking an excursion in to the city center via the metro. We never left air-conditioning while going from the airport to the Dubai mall and the Emirates mall - it was about 110 degrees outside. USE the METRO instead of a taxi - much cheaper and very easy to access in the airport. It was very convenient to get off the flight and stay in
