Everything was good. The location is good especially if you have a car; free parking, a next door relatively big grocery store, spacious rooms, friendly staff, free internet (cable net in the room, WiFi in the lobby), very clean, cleaning service of the room was every day; they change the towels, bed sheets, and they do the dishes. It was nicely furnished (modern style) large and very confortable. We stayed in a two bedroom that had balcony, green room, multiple A/C control. It was a great hotel with great service and nice clean rooms. - There wasn't anything we didn't like at the Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments. It was just a pity we were only staying one night.

As we had been away for 5 weeks prior, this apartment was great to relax in and spend our last few days. - Location, View, Facilities, Excellent one bedroom suite, attention of staff - even gave me a birthday cake on my birthday - must have seen the date from my passport on check-in, easy to walk to the creek and see the sights without having to use a taxi.

It is a new hotel and during the night we could not sleep because there
was a loud noise coming from the airconditioning system. After a
complaint they tried to solve the problem but they could not do anything
about it. The manager of the hotel made his apologies for the noise and
did not charge us for the room, offered us a free breakfast and late check-
out and even had the hotel limousine drop us off at the airport! Many

the busy Al Rigga street. The latter is a busy street with large
selection of shops and restaurants. Found the hotel to be clean and the
staff extremely helpful. They were flexible enough to get our room
cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we
