The staff were friendly, helpful, attentive, available - in short
excellent. They secured my luggage without charge, after I had booked
out, until my late pick-up, They trusted my word that I not used the
contents of my room 'fridge - I hadn'T. The complimentary

... hva folk sier » ne staff willing to give me a room on the top floor. Good ambience and well laid out room. Good proximity to restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Hotel also has its own bar/restaurant inhouse. Good hotel for a night or two when passing through Dubai.

point you check out, you and your services are there priority. We had a
wonderful 7 nights. Long enough time to know how dedicated and sincere
each and every single person at the hyatt was in providing the best they
can. -
Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous.
The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.
The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides.

I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.
