With the possibility of sitting in Dubai Airport for 9 hours between
flights it was logical to book into this hotel. We requested they
provide a guide to greet us as we got off our flight from Italy. Lucky
we did, as the flight arrived at a completely different terminal, and

I was in Dubai on a 22 hr extended layover before a final 16 hour flight home and it was wonderful to have a place to sleep and leave my carry-on luggage while taking an excursion in to the city center via the metro. We never left air-conditioning while going from the airport to the Dubai mall and the Emirates mall - it was about 110 degrees outside. USE the METRO instead of a taxi - much cheaper and very easy to access in the airport. It was very convenient to get off the flight and stay in

The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

wonderful 7 nights. Long enough time to know how dedicated and sincere
each and every single person at the hyatt was in providing the best they

Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous.
The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.
The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides.

The cleanliness was commendable. I liked the fact that they cleaned the
rooms whenever prompted, the staff were courteous and always ready to
help. We requested change in the weighing scale in the bathroom and it
came speedily. It is also more than value for money if one can afford
it. Another hotel also on letsbookhotel.com close by cost same but no where
near as good as Rayhaan. Breakfast was also very good and the view from

I was my first visit to Dubai so not sure where to stay and on first arriving at the hotel it is sort of between the Old City and the New City. However I bought a 2 day Big Bus hop-on-hop-off Pass and the location proved to be excellent as the Banjuman Mall only 5 min walk from the hotel was a point where you could pickup both the Red Route and the Blue Route for the Big Bus.
