  Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb. Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque. Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned. The whole ambiance of the hotel - scrupulously clean & beautiful.... hva folk sier » The foyer was stunning & the lounges comfortable & relaxing. The abras to the souk. - We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future. Thank you to Cherry, Ramen and the management of the hotel for a beautiful experience!

  We stayed in the Fairmont Gold rooms which include butler service, afternoon tea and early evening drinks with high quality snacks all included in the room rate. The pool is very long so it can also be used for early morning exercise. - I loved the room designs. very modern and fancy. the hotel staff were very friendly. food was good but expensive. although if you book in the executive Gold floor like I did, then you get a lot of complimentary meals. pool is amazing, especially the pool bar.
