  We picked up the keys and were delighted when we saw the apartment, which is actually a little cottagey type house, overlooking Clifton Green. It was very modern, clean and simple. Everything we needed was all there for us. It was incredibly great value (£90 for 3 of us) and only a 5 minute walk from the city centre. The wetroom was lovely too. Wo... hva folk sier » uld definitley stay again. - Clean comfortable and walking distance to the city centre perfect for a weekend away! Friendly owners Nichola was very accommodating when we arrived early and let us park our car and leave our luggage! Will definately be using this accommodation again for our next trip to York :)

  Beautiful room;very clean and plenty of space. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast! Perfect location; very quite but only a few minutes walk to the city through the museum gardens. Sherry and mince pies at the front door was a lovely touch around Christmas time. Will definitely be booking back here on another visit to York. The room was immaculate and very cosy, only a short walk away from the city centre. Breakfast - delicious. Overall, couldn't have asked for more. We thoroughly recommend it!
