Hyggelig personale, trivelig hotell. - The Hotel was perfect. Located 10 minutes stroll to York Centre. Hotel itself was of a very high standard. Staff were very friendly. I would recommend eating in the restaurant. It was perfect. - All the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Lovely modern feel to a traditional building. Food very good

Blown away by the plush, stylish apartment. We visited York with my parents & this 2-bedroom apartment suited us much better than two separate hotel rooms, as it provided a social space (kitchen, dining table, sofas and TV)
Incredibly convenient for walking to key places in York; train station, the Shambles, the Minster and, highlight of the trip for my husband, the National Rail Museum.
The lovely Heather at reception is also wonderfully helpful :)

The staff were friendly,helpul and professional.They could not fo enough for us.We were very surprised at the variety of the dinner menu and the "specials"available.We decided to eat in and enjoyed a superb well cpoked meal.Breakfast very good too and no traffic noise even though I was at the front of the hotel. -

The pool was superb, good hearty breakfast(full English), only a 20 min walk into town and a hotel with free parking(unusual for York). Nice standard 2 star hotel which was comfortable with every thing working. Really good restaurant too. Found most guest houses charging the same rate and with this hotel i had alot of facilities to use eg Restauran

Beautiful room;very clean and plenty of space. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast! Perfect location; very quite but only a few minutes walk to the city through the museum gardens.
